STEP 2 Based upon the information we collect during our meeting we research and present a proposal outlining the top 3 venues that meet your event needs. This proposal will include complete pricing, menus and additional services enabling you to easily compare and review the choices. Site inspections are arranged at the venues of your choice, we are there every step of the way providing ideas and guidance. Once you are happy with a venue and it's facilities we make the booking on your behalf, negotiating packages, taking care of contracts, risk assessments and licensing documentation. | ||
![]() | STEP 3 We take care of all your event needs including Ticketing, Internet Registrations, Marketing, Sponsorship Assistance, Audio Visual Requirements, Catering Packages, Themeing, Team Building, Transportation, Security, MC's and Guest Speakers, Photography, Event Hire, Flights, Name Badges to name a few. We manage everything on your behalf allowing you to concentrate on your own tasks. Your event information is provided to you in an easy to read Event Run Sheet including a detailed Event Cost Breakdown. | |
