What's included in the room hire?

Although it may seem obvious it’s always good to understand and clarify what’s included in your event package. Check on items that are included in the cost of the room hire, such as; Audio Visual, Linen, notepads, pens, iced water and mints for seminars, a dedicated Function Manager, access times, room set up, cleaning costs.

Ask if information will be summarized in an easy to understand event sheet. Confirm that you will both need to sign off on this agreement. Ensure verbal discussions are confirmed in email communication and keep all records or transactions.

Can I submit one enquiry to multiple venues?

Yes! Simply add your favourite venues/supplier to your ‘WISHLIST’. To email them all at the same time click your pink shopping cart at the top right of your screen. Enter in your request and contact details then hit ‘SUBMIT’. Your enquiry will be sent to all venues/suppliers in your WISHLIST

Are there any commissions payable to Venues 2 Events?

No. All of the venues/suppliers you see on www.venues2events.com.au pay an annual advertising fee. This means there are no commissions or hidden costs – you deal with the venue/supplier direct to ensure you are getting the best deal.

How do Venues 2 Events get paid?

How long until I receive a response?

You will usually hear back from our venue and supplier partners within 24 hours. Upon submitting an enquiry you will also receive an email listing each venue/supplier and their contact details so you can monitor the follow up process.

If I submit an enquiry I am worried about my contact details...

Fear not! Venues 2 Events values your privacy and promise never to sell your contact details to a third party. Your details are added to our secure database, of which you will receive our monthly venue/supplier specials (you can unsubscribe at any time). Your details are only given to the venues you send an enquiry to allowing them to contact you with their pricing and availability.

What does it cost to advertise with Venues 2 Events?

Great Question! Venues 2 Events work on a flat fee partnership. This means:
  • You pay us one fee for the entire year
  • No commissions payable

How long will it take to get my information online?

It’s simple, you can be up and online within hours! Once you become a partner we will send your unique username and password allowing you to tailor your profile and upload your information. Venues 2 Events will review and approve your profile and you will be up and online receiving enquiries!

Is it easy to upload my information?
