Picturesquely nestled on 4.5 acres in the heart of Knox City, The Grand Receptions is a first class premier function venue that exceeds all expectations. The Grand on Cathies boasts one of Melbourne’s largest, pillarless ballrooms which can be reconfigured to suit any style and type of occasion. Our Grand Ballroom seats up to 600 guests and comprises a spectacular 22m x 8m parquetry dance floor, suitable for wedding receptions, conferences and exhibitions.
The Grand receptions is a first class event venue located just 30 minutes from the CBD and 2 minutes off the Burwood Highway and High Street Road exits from Eastlink.
Catering for Corporate events, Gala Social occasions, Debutante Balls, School Formals and Valedictories as well as Weddings and parties, The Grand on Cathies Lane has a versatile, pillarless function room that caters for groups from 220 to 600 guests.
