PERMANENTLY CLOSED - In light of the current COVID-19 situation, and following both government legislation and the direction of management, the Victoria University Convention Centre is temporarily not providing services to the public or taking any event bookings at this time.
The City Convention Centre is a unique venue with four interconnecting function spaces as well as an intimate breakout room complete with a baby grand piano and southbank views.
We can place your function in one or more of the rooms to cater to your event style and number of guests.
We cater for conferences and seminars, trade shows, industry presentations and shareholder meetings, dinners, cocktail parties, weddings and engagements and much more.
Our well-appointed balcony features stunning waterfront views of Southbank, as well as our fully functional bar and foyer will ensure your guests are impressed with your event.
Our venue can hold up to 500 guests, with up to 765m2 space to use.
The new digital AV system installed in our prime rooms include drop-down screens with 16:9 ratio, ceiling mounted data projector, audio and video, PC with broadband, lectern mic and three radio mics (handheld and lapel).
