The Cut is a unique and sophisticated venue. catering for up to 60 seated guests or 120 cocktail style throughout the venue, we also have a stunning Private Dining Table serving as an intimate space for celebratory events, product launches and exclusive evenings of up to 22 guests. Situated in the main restaurant under the ambience of candlelight, you can enjoy some of Sydney’s best food and wine in a venue that is truly a cut above.
